TEACHING

1. Learning occurs through different learning styles.  My goal is to recognize these styles in my classes and to accommodate them the best I can by varying my methods for transferring different types of knowledge.

PHILOSOPHY

2. Each assignment comes with a reasonable amount of time for reflection, questions, research and completion.  I always assume that assignments handed in by the student is his or her best work possible.
